2. Unauthorized Transactions: If you believe there has been an unauthorized transaction on your account, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and, if necessary, initiate the refund process for unauthorized transactions.

Cancellation Policy

1. Game Challenges: Users have the option to cancel a game challenge if the match has not started and both parties agree not to play. To cancel a challenge, please follow the provided options in the game interface.

2. Penalty for Wrong Updates: Posting a wrong result after the game will result in a penalty as per our Penalty Policy mentioned in our Terms and Conditions.
