Privacy Policy

1. Users' Approval: Users approve and accept this Agreement by reading all terms and conditions and rules of this app.

2. Eligibility: Users may accept this Agreement only if:
(a) If the User is a natural Person, is of legal age (18 years or older), eligible, and mentally capable of forming a binding contract.
(b) If the User is not a resident of Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Assam, Orissa, Kerala, Sikkim, Nagaland, or Gujarat.
(c) If the User is a juristic Person, is lawfully existing and has all the authorizations, permits, and allowances to enter into this Agreement and form a binding contract.
(d) The User is not legally barred or restricted from using the App.

3. Understanding and Acceptance: You understand that We want You to not use the App if You do not understand, approve of, or accept all the terms specified in this Agreement. Hence, You are requested to read these Terms and Privacy Policy carefully and understand the Agreement before You accept it and agree to be bound by it.

B. PROVISION OF THE APP

1. Games of Skill: Section 12 of the Public Gambling Act, 1867 provides that games of mere skill are exempt from the application of the Act. The games on our platform are 'Games of Skills,' where a player's effort and skill significantly impact the outcome.

2. State Regulations: States are permitted to enact laws regulating betting and gambling in their respective jurisdictions. Currently, residents of Assam, Odisha, Telangana, and Gujarat are not permitted to play on our site.

3. Game Rules: Users are encouraged to read, understand, and follow the rules of the games available on our platform.

C. GAMES RULES

1. Setting Challenges: Players who set a challenge will share a room id/room code with their opponent.

2. Result Reporting: Players must update the results after the game:
(a) If you have won, select 'I Won' option and upload the winning screenshot of the game.
(b) If you have lost, select 'I Lost' option.
(c) If the match has not started and both parties do not want to play, select 'Cancel' option.
Posting a wrong result after the game will result in a penalty of ₹50.

3. Fair Play: Users must record every game. If any player is found hacking or cheating, please contact support. If the game has not started and you haven't played a single move yourself, please show the recording of the game to support. The game will be canceled only if you have recording. If you don't have proof against player cheating and errors in the game, you will be considered as lost.

D. DEPOSIT / WITHDRAWAL

1. Deposits: Players can deposit their balance in the Deposit section.

2. Withdrawals: Players can request withdrawals through the app. Deposit and withdrawal requests are processed by support. Any wrong payment detail given by you will not be considered in refund. Once withdrawal is done, you don't have any authority to raise any query. If a withdrawal request is pending, the user must wait for 12 hours.

E. PENALTY FOR WRONG UPDATES

1. Penalties: Putting wrong updates on any match will result in penalties:
(A) if your game is below 500, penalty will be ₹50 flat.
(B) if your game is above 500 and below 5000, penalty will be ₹100 flat.
(C) if your game is above 5000 and below 10000, penalty will be ₹200 flat. If you don't update the result after losing, you will be charged a penalty of ₹25 flat.

F. COMMISSION CHARGES

1. Challenge Commissions: For challenges of ₹50, a flat 10% commission will be charged. For challenges of ₹100, a flat 5% commission will be charged.
